Arizona State
Prison-Phoenix West is a minimum custody private prison under
contract with the Arizona Department of Corrections to provide
custody and substance abuse treatment for 500 adult male offenders
who have demonstrated a need for substance or alcohol abuse
treatment. The facility opened on April 11, 1996 and is operated and
managed by The GEO Group.

Directions
The facility is located in southwest Phoenix,
approximately two miles south of I-10 off of
35th Avenue. Exit from I-10 on 35th Ave., going
south approximately two miles. Turn east onto
Cocopah. Facility is at the end of Cocopah which
is a very short dead-end street. |
